A Gentle Note On Structure

You are a unique person with your own memories, upbringing, feelings, and longing for the future.

Sometimes, based on the amount of trauma you have been through, you may need extra time and care to heal more than one deep wounds. Just like in the game Jenga, when you pull out two pieces from the foundation, the whole structure falls. In the same way, if we work on your core emotions, all the other pieces may fall with it. But if not, that’s okay, we can work on the other pieces that need healing beyond 12 sessions. I offer on-going sessions for those who need it.

We’re not working from just one lens; while conversation and reflection are part of the process, we also go beyond what traditional talk-based approaches can access on their own, because insight alone doesn’t always create change. I bring together modalities like hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and trauma-informed coaching so we can work on multiple layers at once—your thoughts, your emotions, your patterns, and your subconscious responses—allowing us to gently shift what’s at the root rather than just circling awareness.

At the same time, this isn’t a space where you become dependent on me; it’s a space where you become equipped, where you begin to understand why you feel the way you feel, how your patterns were formed, and what’s actually happening in your mind and body when you’re triggered, so you leave not only having experienced deep internal shifts, but also with the clarity and foundation to continue this work on your own.

I deeply believe that each person is shaped by a unique set of experiences, so having 1:1 sessions allows me to meet you exactly where you are, move at your pace, and go into the depth that’s truly needed.
